Since then, he has written the playbook (literally) on how to prepare your properties for Airbnb, be a hospitable host and earn bookings. If you are new to the channel, his Airbnb Starter Guide is a great place to begin, but his blog and podcast are favorites amongst the MyVR team!
The Property Podcast
Rob Dix and Rob Bence are experts in real estate, having authored four best selling bookgs. The two Robs' podcast receive 180,000 downloads per month, covering topics from industry news, to getting started in property investment. While focusing primarily on property investment, they delve into short-term rentals often.
BiggerPockets
The BiggerPockets blog and podcast covers everything real estate, from investing, to marketing and personal finance. Brandon Turner and David Greene host the BiggerPockets Podcast, interviewing investors and entrepreneurs in a casual yet insightful manner. The podcast isn't entirely focused on short-term rentals, but it is the place to go to learn about the industry from a macro level.
